We love our new faucet and had it installed by a professional plumber; however, the side sprayer output is very weak and the main faucet stays "on" when the sprayer is in use. Is this normal or was it installed incorrectly? Thank you!

Ours is very strong along with main spout. Sprayer cuts off main spout totally when using as expected. Is cut off valve under sink fully open or plugged? See our review. GregO...Hope you found issue. This is a great unit .

Heavy duty yet looks so nice in kitchen. Many compliments. Sprayer is quite strong and high spout works great in our large three section sink...especially with large pots.. Exceeded our expectations. I installed it in minutes along with a adjacent cold/hot water system also from HD . We used products all from HD. Brands were Kholer, Delta and Insinkerator.

The issue is when I order a new faucet from Home Depot, I expect a new faucet. Instead, I am shipped a faucet that was clearly used and poorly packed. Just another example of Home Depots lack of caring and poor customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Missing one crucial item I love this faucet. It's elegant and well built. Although, I was disappointed upon opening the box and not finding an escutcheon plate. My sink has four holes, three for the faucet and one for the side mount sprayer. Since this is a single hole faucet an escutcheon plate is required to cover the unused holes. The instruction sheet lists the plate as model number RP17545, an extra cost option. It seems to me, at this price point, the plate should have been included. A search of Home Depot's website revealed that they don't carry it. I don't understand this since the vast majority of sinks have three to four holes. The cheapest I found it online is $55 including shipping. The rest of the installation was very simple, PLUG and PLAY. Make sure the rubber seal under the escutcheon is seated properly before tightening and don't over-tighten.
