Does this come with sill plate gasket
Hi Kaylie, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet Classic 500 Shower Kit with Shower Wall and Shower Pan. The sill plate gasket is not included. Sill Plate Gasket - also called Sill Seal - is found in the insulation area of the building supply or home center. It is a thin foam material, four to six inches wide. The material is easily cut with scissors or utility knife. It is typically used to separate a wall's wooden sill plate from the concrete or block foundation. Drywall to drywall width is 59”. Will this product fit?

What drain do I use
Hi Lisa, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet Classic 500 shower pan. This uses a shower drain with a 4.25" flange like DT051411. They are sold as 4" or 2" drains because they fit a 2" drain pipe. Please reach out with any additional questions! Why is the pan of our shower so slippery while using it. We have to use grab bars while standing in the shower. We now have to use a bath towel to stand on so no one slips and falls.

What is the rough open ing for the 36 x 36 shower ?
When roughing in the shower valve, how far set out from the studs should it be? When I subtract the inside shower dimension from the outside, I get 4.5” thick walls total-s 2.25” per side? Does that mean the valve needs to be 2.25” out from the stud edge?
