Cheap hardware
This came with a brand new house we bought less than four years ago and the plastic mounting bracket had a tab break that holds the faucet upright. Now we have to buy a whole new faucet. A $350 faucet shouldn’t break in less than four years.

I just installed this last night and so far I am happy with it. I would recommend this to any customer looking for a higher kitchen faucet. i am able to turn a baking pan underneath it the neck is so high. This is perfect for what i need. It has 3 spray pressures which work amazingly. Thank you Delta for supplying me with something in a decent price range and for the excellent quality!!

Not even 2 years old and it leaks unless the handle is in one spot. I found my receipt and will call Delta today to see what they can help me with. Always has shown fingerprints, thought this one wasn’t supposed to.

I am very sorry your Delta faucet is leaking and showing fingerprints. I do show you contacted our customer service department and was assisted with the leak. Also, the Stainless finish is not considered one of our spout resistant finishes. The Spotshield finish is. Here is some basic cleaning and care information:
Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains and calcium build up may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Also take care to protect surfaces that may be damaged by vinegar. The white vinegar can stain porous stones like granite, limestone and marble. You can also use a cleaner called " bar keepers friend" which works very well with removing water spots.
If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: 409, Fantastic, or Windex, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish:
Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub and Tile Cleaner, Lime Away and Soft Scrub.

I Love how this faucet looks in my kitchen, I Love the pull down feature, I Love the magnetic feature that holds it in place. The only thing I don't like about this faucet is that you don't always know when you've shut it completely off so it starts to drip then you have to go back to it and play with the handle a little till it stops dripping. We do have hard water so I'm waiting to see how well it holds up to that and how easy it really is to clean the calcium deposits off the sprayer.

We put up with this faucet for 3 years and just replaced it. We're not giving it away or putting it on craigslist because we're a mite too nice to people so into the garbage it went. The biggest problem is that you can't properly adjust the temperature because the handle has a small range of motion - it's either too hot or too cold - hitting lukewarm is almost impossible. A toggle setting is underneath the handle to make the motion even smaller and it makes it go just from cold to lukewarm - only. The spray is quite wide and forceful so you have to watch splattering all the time. Also, the faucet will only turn off when centered at approximately the lukewarm position so it's easy to leave it dripping if you don't hit the center sweet spot. I can't believe people rate this faucet so highly! Maybe they're replacing old two-handled faucets or are fooled by looks. This thing was all beauty and little function.

Regarding the handle movement, it is usually easier to get a lukewarm temperature with the handle in the fully open position. You can then bring the handle toward the spout to reduce the flow. If you have an on-demand or tankless water heater, it may need to be adjusted so that it activates with less flow. We also recommend lowering the temperature of the hot water in your home if it is above 120 degrees.

Perfect fit for counter, soap dispenser is a great addition. Love the color!
This is a replacement for the original install that did not have a pull-out spray head. The old sink had the conventional counter mount spray head. The companion soap dispenser with the Deluca faucet fills the hole with a useful accessory and now I have the much more convenient pull-out spray head.
Installation was simple, out with the old and in with the new! This is a great faucet and blends very well with the granite counters in my kitchen.
