AnswersIt can be used with it, but you will have to purchase an adapter that will split the water coming to the shower into a second path for the shower/sprayer. There are a variety of these that turn on one at a time, both and sometimes off completely. One could also put in a second water control valve and water line to use this at the same time but with water pressure not being split between the 2. That is a project I am going to do with my Jacuzzi tub. Installing another control valve and waterline, I will have 2 tub spouts to allow me to fill my 60 gal tub twice as fast. Wont look normal, but function will be what I want. Also water pressure from this addition shower/sprayer combo will be increased due to not having to share water with the main shower head. It is nice to have the shower spaying on me, at the same time as being able to control the sprayer where I want it. Good luck

AnswerThank you for you question. Delta Faucet model # 57051 is not paired with a specific valve assembly. You will need to pick a shower trim and valve that you like. We recommend Delta Faucet model # R10000-UNBX for you valve and if you want your handshower as an extra feature, you will also need a diverter. I recommend diverter trim model R11000 with the appropriate matching trim. Thanks. Jody

The finish of the shower looks nice. However, like many stainless steel product, it is hard to maintain its shininess. The installation of the bar is very easy once you identify all the loose parts. I think it took me around five minutes for the whole install once I gather all required tools. I wish it comes with smaller drywall inserts so that I can minimize the size of the anchoring hole required between tiles. I dislike the fact that the bar's mounting brackets as well as the sliding mechanism are made of plastic. Since this is a water saver shower, the spray is not very strong. You pretty much need to stand directly underneath the head if you want to go for a "hand-free" shower. The problem is when you stand this close to the shower, you will bump into the shower bar when you turn around. To increase the flow rate, I remove the plastic O-ring flow restrictor a the shower head.

It looks great but beware as others have noted, it has sub-par water pressure with no way to adjust higher.

Shower upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so very pleased with the sleek look of this Delta slide bar shower head and shower arm. All of our appliances are polished nickel, this finish is perfect. We did have a pro plumber friend help guide us through the install. Our shower is a smaller space, so for us the water saving aspect is great. We also have harder water, this particular head is so easy to clean, I literally wipe it off easily with my finger! I love that! The slide bar has been easy to maneuver up and down, the longer hose a real bonus for movement around shower. I feel this has been an elegant and modern upgrade, which is just what we were looking for. Nice quality, sleek look, features are very good. We are pleased.

Excellent Features

This bathroom handshower is amazing! We have been remodeling our bathroom. It was so easy to install and use-completely functional. It looks gorgeous because of its sleek contemporary style. I use it every day and love it. It doesn't take up a lot of space You get a nice steady stream from the shower head. Great hand held for kids and dogs since it has an adjustable slide bar and super long hosehose for people of different heights. The shower head has easy to clean spray holes-so unique and modern.
Highly recommended for everyone. I have a good feeling this will last a long time. Very happy and satisfied customer with this Delta.

Amazing quality

Long hose.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really thought I would be more impressed considering it was Delta. The only thing that I liked is the hose. It's completely medal that stretches. I have high water pressure and it barely came out so I took the aerator out thinking that it would help but it didn't. It took forever just to get the shampoo out of my hair. I wasn't going to wait that long to get the conditioner also. I also didn't like that you have to put holes in my shower tiles just a mounted on the wall.

Perfect For Achieving A Sleek High-End Shower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be happier with this slide bar hand shower! I has a lovely sleek and modern look in a stainless low-gloss finish. One of my favorite things aside from it's high end look is that it's adjustable. There's about a one foot difference between my husband and I and this is really nice for a shared shower. It's the little things in life make a relationship smoother. Like most stainless things expect a little difficult keeping it nice and shiny despite but it's doable.
Pro tip for installation: If you can't get a professional to handle the install make sure you gather all necessary pieces first then begin following the instructions. You may need to do some homework as well if you're not the handiest of people to learn about the construction of your walls. I helper never hurts either.

Adds a modern touch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Spray Slide Bar in stainless steel has added to my bathroom looking very modern and updated. It was fairly easy to install and looks great! It is easy to keep clean and shiny. I love how simple it is to adjust the height up and down so that it works great for everyone in my family. I love how long the sprayer is so I can easily bathe my three dogs and wash the bathtub out. The only issue I have had is that the water comes out in a flow that is a bit too light for me. Other than that, I am very happy with the product and it is great that it saves water!

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very modern, sleek looking stainless plastic adjustable shower arm height sprayer/shower. The install is not very hard but you must have some knowledge about how walls are constructed as well as not being afraid of working with water lines. Once installed, it works as intended, you are able to move the unit up and down the wall changing the height of the spray. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality, shower head.

Simple and unique
