Q:Why does the instruction template state "6 3/8 inch", but when actually measuring the paper with a ruler it is 6 1/4 inch ? Is this a bad print out, or mistypo?

Q:The video says it eliminates the use of set screws, yet the picture and description show there are set screws. The instructions don't mention set screws. This thing is DTF! (Doomed To Fail) Does it have set screws, or not?

Hard to install perfectly
So many things at work here unless your a slob. The unit has to be at a height above the leg and far enough forward so you get an even pull when your sitting on the pot. Then there’s the level install with the brackets perfectly spread apart to let the roller be tight between the brackets. From there the screws that hold the mounting brackets can’t be to tight or you will scratch or dent your walls/paint when you slide the finishing hardware on. Good luck and happy screaming

Center doesn't match ends
The ends are brushed nickel finish, but the center part is cheap-looking plain gray non-metallic plastic. For 23 bucks, they should have made the whole thing the same finish.

The installation of the tp holders was a bit of a challenge; but, the instructions were helpful providing a guide/template.

Great looking product but a pain to install
This product would be vastly improved by including a paper template to line up and space your drill holes properly. Plan on lots of measuring and pencil marks, maybe even use a level.
