Neither the shower head or hand shower will shut off the water flow completely and water will still need to be turned off at the main valve handle. The Pause functionality on the hand shower reduces the water to a trickle to save water while doing other tasks such as lathering up or shaving,but is not a positive shut off. Best regards, Edward

There are 2 selection controls. One on the hand held and one on the back of the larger head. These control water flow to the 2 heads. The black button on the hand held will stop the water coming out the hand unit.

I personally own this shower head and I install 1 on every one of my customers jobs. It takes a few minutes to figure out all of the cool features but I assure you once you figure it out you will love it. To pause/stop the water, you can press the little round gray or black button located in the center of the hand held shower head. You must have the water running from the hand held portion only at the time you wish to pause the water. The pause feature will allow you to slow the water down to a light trickle or drip. The trickle or drip prevents the hose from bursting under pressure and is a safety feature on all pause/stop shower heads currently on the market. To transfer the water to the shower head only there is a butterfly like knob that is located on the right side of the shower head neck that must be turned. This shower head has multiple setting for the large part of the shower head as well as the center hand held portion. Please let me know if this information was helpful to you. Karen

Yes, I currently use this shower head with an adjustable arm. I use the adjustable arm to make the showerhead taller. It works just fine!

Hello Oince, I'm afraid you may not be able to use an adjustable shower arm since they wont be compatible.

IT HAS A NICE, FORCEFUL SPRAY WHETER YOU ARE USING IT IN COMBO OR JUST ONE HEAD ALONE. IT IS NICE TO HAVE ALL THE DIFFERENT SPRAYS BUT I USUALLY USE ONLY ONE OR TWO. THE MAGNET HOLDS TIGHT AND YOU JUST HAVE TO GET IT NEAR FOR IT TO SNAP IN.

You can then pick any finish valve only trim, shower arm and flange of your choice. Hi jo, Thank you for your question. We do not have a Tub/Shower trim kit that includes this shower head. However, you can purchase a valve-only trim kit and tub spout to go with this unit. The T17494-I model includes the handle and a tub spout but has a different In2ition shower head. Best regards, Jon

Matching handle? I don't know. This shower head is available in satin and chrome finish, possibly other finishes. I am certain there is something that is compatible in style on their shelf that can be used for your tub faucet and spout.

We have been able to use all six settings (there are actually 6). You have three in the main shower head and three in the hand held shower.

Hi, Simone! Thank you for your question. The mode selector for the hand shower is the small lever that is located under the face of the hand shower. It can be moved by clicking the lever to change modes. Each setting is a click. You should be able to set the hand shower to the setting of your liking by clicking the lever. Best Regards, Rosanna
