The Delta Leland single handle faucet has some nice features. 360 faucet movement to get it out of the way. The pull-down sprayer is excellent. The uninstallation of the old faucet and installing of the new faucet was easy (for any DIY'r). Water supply lines included just hook up to hot and cold. The stainless-steel finish looks fantastic and matches the other SS appliances. Great look.

Faulty Product Part
The magnet that keeps the sprayer in place does not stay in place for more than a few weeks. I contacted Delta and they sent two replacement magnets that were exactly the same as the original so of course when my plumber replaced the magnets a few weeks later the new magnet comes out. The faucet works fine but this is very disappointing.

Can’t replace cartridge
I contacted delta for a replacement cartridge because mine would drip, and they sent me one. Awesome. Tried to remove the retainer, it’s frozen on the faucet, I contacted delta and they said they could only send me a retainer, so the did. I tried clr and vinegar to help but it won’t come off. I’ll have to buy a new faucet now because they won’t warranty it.

Shoddy design will destroy your kitchen
After 2 months of moderate use, the faucet hose ruptured and flooded our cabinets, and water cascaded through the floor into our basement, causing massive damage in seconds. Our plumber determined that the hose to the faucet detached because it has only a "slide in" connection supported by a feeble clamp that fell off during normal use and now must be secured with zip ties. Cannot fathom why Delta would not design this with a normal screw-on connection rather than something that falls off.

Delta Changed
Deeply disappointed in Delta. They used to sell quality products but have recently changed to cheap parts. The "brass" stems are no longer brass. They are now a light weight soft metal, probably aluminum, painted to looked like brass. The slightest bump or mis thread damages the threads. I know we are all trying to save on costs, but shame on you Delta for going soooo cheap and trying to cover it up.
