I purchased the Delta T14494 shower and tub combo several years ago. Recently when I would turn on the shower, water would come out of the shower head and a tremendous amount of water would come out of the faucet. I would be standing in a tub of water by the time I got done with my shower. When turning off the shower I noticed a minor dripping. Here is the good part. I contacted Delta's 800# and told them of my issue and they were johnny on the spot in letting me know what they felt the problem was. They mentioned it sounded like it was my diverter. They took all of my information and said they would be shipping me a new tub spout with the diverter and all the necessary items needed. They also advised it was an easy fix that I wouldn't even need to pay for a plumber to make the necessary changes. Hooray! They also sent me a video to show me exactly what needed to be done. They were extremely helpful and I was very impressed at their high level of customer service and making me feel like my concerns were important. Though I had an issue with the product, the follow up in servicing the client when you have a problem is key. I will only use Delta...

Water pressure is terrible!
This is a levely trim set and the colour and style are exactly as pictured which I love but unfortunately we are so disappointed with the water pressure. I only rated one star because if this - I would never purchase this again. So disappointing coming from Delta. We used a Moen regulator and shower head in our other bathroom and the pressure is fantastic compared to this. I wish I could return if this wasnt installed into tile. Delta needs to come out with a replacement shower head.

Overall, pretty happy with it, except that the wall plate seemed pretty flimsy. Heads of the screws don't seem to seat well in their indentations in the wall plate either. Screws are as tight as I dare, without damaging anything, and could still see the light I had on behind the shower access panel shining through around the screw head. All my measurements for installing the rough-in were within printed instruction tolerances.

Terrible Water Pressure
Water pressure was fine until we had a plumber install this kit. (Had to hire a plumber due to changing from Moen to Delta). If I could do it over I'd stick with Moen. Not only does the water pressure stink, there's also a leak from the tub spout. Unfortunately will now be returning which is a huge pain to take everything apart.

We bought this for our basement bathroom. I wanted everything to be the oil rubbed bronze. This was a great fit at a very reasonable price. The only complaint I have is that it did not come with a matching drain. It may have said that in the description and I overlooked it. Otherwise everything was great and we actually installed it ourselves after you tubing how to do it.
