AnswersYes. We have not put soap in it as yet, as we are not certain we will be keeping it. Should it not be more stationary?

We recently remodeled our kitchen and included the Delta Touch...
We recently remodeled our kitchen and included the Delta Touch faucets. We thought it would be nice to include this Delta soap dispenser, as we have never had a built-in soap dispenser before. It matches perfectly with our faucets and helps to keep our counter top free of excess items. It dispenses well. Previous reviews warned that the foam soaps do not dispense so well, so I added the regular type of hand soap. (Please pardon the unfinished back splash)

Replace Yet Again!
We have relplace the soap dispenser twice since November 2020 remodel of our kitchen. The first time it work for a couple of weeks and then only air came out no soap. Replaced it with the same model and work for 3 months not the pump will not go up and down. We have replaced to with the brand that we had had for 10+ years with no problems at all.

It is not stationary. It seems like it is missing a washer or something to make it not swing all the way around. It will swing around and hit the wall if you let it.

Have 2 defective black stainless installed with new home build....
Have 2 defective black stainless installed with new home build. Have been trying for 5 months to get new replacements and they keep sending brushed nickel instead of the black stainless we order. Has been a nightmare.
