I would have given this shelf 5 stars if I hadn't received it with a bent upper bracket casting. ...
I would have given this shelf 5 stars if I hadn't received it with a bent upper bracket casting. The bent portion of the bracket
threw the mounting center line dimension off by 1/4", and made what should been an easy installation, impossible. The customer
service people at Delta sent me a new bracket in only 2 days, and the shelf is up and looks great.

Been eyeing this for awhile since I have the matching toilet roll holder. Personally, I think this is a tad on the pricey side seeing as it's just a towel bar. However, I just wanted the matching set for my master bathroom so here I am. I had an 18 in. bar previously so the dimensions were spot on. All I had to do was remove the old brackets and screw in the new ones. This towel bar uses a different style of bracket so no more screwing that tiny hex screw to secure the posts. The mounting brackets for this have two prongs so all you need to do set them on the wall and then slide the posts into place. Pretty easy and much less of a hassle using conventional brackets. Assembly is pretty simple and the only thing you need to pay attention to is making sure the brackets are level. Everything after that is simply a matter of screwing everything into place. Now that I have this towel bar, the bathroom looks just right.

I love this! It looks great and took maybe 20 minutes to install from opening the box to finish. You will need a drill, 1/4" drill bit, a small flat head & phillips head, and maybe a level. What made it so easy was the paper guide that came with it. I taped it on the wall, made sure it was level, drilled my pilot holes, and followed the paper instructions from there. I would recommend it to anyone!
