The bar comes with two mounting brackets and a template for ease of installation. You will screw the mounting brackets to the wall using the provided screws and anchors if necessary and attach the base mounts of the bar to the brackets. are the holes for mounting to be placed vertically or horizontally on the wall?
Asked by vicki December 17, 2020The two mounting screws in each mount are vertically arranged. I would strongly recommend getting at least one in a stud, because mine has fallen off(been pulled down by my boys) three times now.

Asked by hankv September 16, 2018Clips are not close enough to wall to cause needed friction to hold bar in place. Tighten the clips to create more contact between wall and the rack base.

The left attachment to the wall is loose. How do I tighten it? There aren't any hex nuts like for hand towel rings.

How do I keep the bottom bar from slipping out ?
Asked by jcsoft June 9, 2016hello jcsoft ~ Thank you for your interest in our product. Ensure the post is tight and fastened securely to the wall. The tube should stay in the post. If the customer is still have difficulty with the tube being loose, then they can use a silicone caulk to keep it in place or adjust the posts closer together. Kind Regards, emccollum
