Corrodes easily
Base of cold handle corroded 6 months after install. Delta support refused to replace it and said I needed to buy a new one.

Junk Finish
The finish on these corrode easily and progress fast. Attempts to clean the corrosion just make it worse and the company will not warranty the damaged parts.

Corroded -- not worth the money paid
We got this back in Dec of 2020 & within a few mths I noticed that the paint was looking off. I thought it was soap scum, tried difft things to clean it, but it didn't help. Problem was from the faucet. I thought: probably too late to return so grin & bear it & hopefully it wont get any worse...fast forward to today (see pics). Needless to say, I expected better quality from this brand. It's unfortunate because we really liked the look of it, but now it's become an eye sore.

Faucet fits your cat's entire head.
I bought this faucet because I thought it looked nice. As an added bonus, my cat figured out how to stick her entire head under it and drink from the spout. If you are looking to buy a faucet for your cat, I recommend this one. (Also easy to clean!)

Very poor quality
Bought the porter collection in September 2020 just to find out that the bronze finish doesn’t even last a year. Please see the pictures. The sink faucet looks old and the shower head is starting to look the same. I wouldn’t even give a single star for this collection.

Finish doesn't last
Have had this faucet for approximately 2 years. Similar experience as other customers. Finish at base of handles and spout doesn't last. Have not used harsh cleaners, either. Will have to replace with another faucet.

nice looking but it wont last long
Weve only been jn our house a few years and the finish is already horrible. We font have issues with any other faucets in our house. All brand new when we moved in. For what e spent we expected much longer use. Now we are stuck with some that looks really ugly or having to spend close to $200 dollars for a new one. How is that acceptable?
