I do not know this table saw model. But if it has iron cast table, all you will have to do is to drill few holes and attach the fence. It is actually very easy job. I like result.

Will this system fit most Delta 10” contractor saws?

Asked by: TomBee
I bought & installed it for a Craftsman. I had to drill a couple of holes to match up to the saw but not much more. Took about an hour. If the instructions say that it will work on your saw, I would trust it and do the same as I did. It works well. I suggest you get a squaring tool that fits in the groove of the saw to precisely adjust to square. I used a Woodpecker tool. I’m within .05 of square. Best of luck.

Will this work on a ridgid R4512 talbesaw.without doing a lot of modifications?

Asked by: R4512Owner
I realize it's been over a year since you asked this question. I installed the above Delta fence on my Hitachi C10FL saw. The motor conked out, and I was never really pleased wit the thing, so I picked up the R4512. I put on the factory fence until I familiarize myself with the saw, then I will put the Delta fence on it. I don't have a tap and die set, but what I did do was drill holes thru the steel wings on the Hitachi saw, and the drilled new holes in the Delta fence so they aligned with the pre-tapped holes in the cast iron top of the Hitachi. WOrked like a dream. I'll do the same with the R4512. Was pretty easy! Ken

I put this on my old (1976) 10" Craftsman 113xxx table saw and I have to say this is one of the best improvements that I have made to the saw. I don't even have to recheck with a tape measure, set the fence to your measurement and cut. I used to have to square up the fence to the blade and even use a couple of clamps on the fence to make sure it didn't move. This is really like getting a new table saw. Took a couple of hours to install and had to drill some new holes, I found it best to just drill thru both the angle Iron and the cast Iron top at the same time where it worked best for my saw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great system, at a price that cannot be beat Lot's of people are saying since Delta bought Biesemeyer that the quality is not the same and the product is not as good. I can't speak to that, but I can tell you that for 200$(ish) you will not find a better system. I bought a super old Craftsman table saw for 30$ and the fence on it was hilariously bad. After cleaning the saw up it was clear that if it was ever to be useful it needed a proper fence and rail upgrade. I looked on Amazon and ebay for a good month trying to find a used one and for some reason I checked Home Depot one day and low and behold this popped up. 180$ with free shipping. I thought it was too good to be true but I bought it anyhow. Best money I ever spent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Get a real biesmeyer or vega The fence is the biggest issue, the aluminum rails are not square to the main center rail they are bowed in along the length, the top bows more it makes it difficult to square it to the saw table, if you get 1 side the other is way out of square,I had to take 1 rail off and shim it out to get both sides square. 2 nd the rear track slide plate has no adjustment it was too tight on my saw fence would not slide, apparently my table is a bit longer than a delta so i had to make a new rear latch piece. After adjustments it is now square and moves easily.

It's installed on my Delta contractor saw, and did not require any drilling. The two things I like most are 1) longer rails than the original and 2) more precise fence. The fence locks into position square and does not deflect much, as opposed to the original. There is one really stupid thing though, which I docked one star for: adjusting the squaring shims requires a 3 mm Allen key, which is not included. Really, guys? There is a whole installation packet of gauges, fasteners, and tools, and you could not slip in what we need to true it up?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as accurate as I thought, but OK Installation on my 30 year old Delta contractors saw was relatively easy. The holes in the table and rails lined up perfectly. Once installed, the fence was not completely square to the table. The fence is an aluminum bar that is unevenly extruded and has a slightly concave shape to it when you look at it from either end. This made it difficult to adjust to square. The length of the fence was straight and did not appear to flex when wood was pushed through the blade. Still have to look more closely to determine how to remove the concave surface.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed... My 1976 craftsman 113 has been a labor of love and function since I started my restoration project. The fence was really the last piece of the puzzle. Price was not my primary purchasing concern and after a lot of research I decided that the Delta T2/T3 was a good fit for such an old saw with a lousy fence. As a Home Depot Pro member, I decided to purchase through HD and their price was right in line. I researched the installation process and it went as advertised. A lot of careful measuring and the fence was square to the table right out of the box. Then, the problems started... The fence faces are not parallel to each other, not plumb to table(the top of the fence is over a 32nd more narrow than the bottom) and the faces of the fence are concave. Delta will not answer back and now I'm an additional $50 into fixing what should be a simple square tube and two parallel rectangles attached to it. The fence is now shimmed parallel and plumb, but still concave. Very poor quality control and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!? I could have ordered my own aluminum stock and done a much better job. I mean, you actually have to go out of your way to find crooked aluminum stock.... I will never but anything from Delta again....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Big Improvement I installed onto an older Craftsman 113.xxxxxx contractor saw. A big improvement over the original fence, locks into place and is square to the blade every time. I had to drill a few holes into the fences angle iron to install. There are instructions and video's on the internet to give you an idea of what is involved. Took me about 4 hours to complete.

My issue is with quality control and customer support. After installing and using the fence for a while the locking handle backed out and when I went to lock the fence the handle pulled out of the locking cam and the threads were damaged. After more than two hours of waiting time on Delta's customer support line I finally reached someone. I was instructed to send my information and photos of the damaged product to Delta via email, which I promptly did. I never heard back from them. I then tried the local Home Depot who handed me off between four different people until I reached the manager. The manager did his best to resolve the issue with the on-line people, but the purchase date was beyond the 90 return window. The bottom line is that the product works fine, but if you have a problem, Delta''s customer service is pretty much non-existent.
