Great Accessory but missing a gasket
Very happy with my purchase and the overall quality. However, the item came without an installation gasket. Hoping that it doesn't take too long to receive a replacement. Wishing that there was a link on the Delta website where we could go for these things instead of using customer support....which had a 30 min wait time.

Heavy duty Delta quality product. Great finish and heavy solid piece of metal. It came with an attachment to give you more leverage while tightening without using a wrench or pliers. The only problem I had was finding correct length pipe nipple for a flush fit. This all depends on thickness of tile and where in the wall elbow is mounted. It is installed and we are happy with product.

I would have given this 5 stars but feel the...
I would have given this 5 stars but feel the price was exorbitant for one small part. When I ordered the personal shower parts I did not catch the optional part shown rather small in the bottom corner of the displayed photo. Needless to say, I am not a plumber!
