I really liked the color and the look and the style of the faucet. It really goes well with the look and decoration in my room. I found the instructions and installation was easy enough and I didn't have any issues while installing. I would recommend if you are looking for good styling and upgrading your fixtures for a finished up to date look that is timeless.

We ordered this Delta Trinsic 2-handle deck mount faucet for our Roman tub. I’m replacing an out of style (chrome and gold) older moen faucet. At unpacking, I could tell by handling the components that this is a quality Delta piece. Constructed of mainly metal which has a clean crisp finish in flat black. We did get the rough in valve assembly #R2707 to complete the installation. I used a great many tools during installation, and here’s why: this was a replacement, not a new installation. My fixture is mounted on the tub, not the deck. I had no access to the plumbing other than from under the decking beneath the tub. And, I had a joist directly beneath the front edge of the tub leaving very little space for plumbing. So I had to sweat all rough-in valves and insert that assembly into place from the basement access. It took some finesse and about two hours, but when it was in, it works like a charm and is a nice piece in our bathroom. I have a cable type drain assembly in chrome. I was able to remove the upper overflow cover and give it a nice flat black finish to match the fixture. I did the same with the drain stopper and drain flange. It was a little more work than I expected but well worth it. The instructions included covered two fixture models, but were pretty easy to follow. The assembly itself was a breeze, but like I explained earlier, getting the plumbing in place was the real task. Over all, I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Looks great in my bathroom! I went with a black and white theme so these really stand out.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a "true" opinion of the functionality and use of this roman tub faucet because I have yet to get it installed. I haven't been able to get help to install for my master bath garden tub. I just know it will be the perfect update for the tub and to go along with my other bathroom fixtures, although they're all bronze...because the black is very deceiving, with being across the room from the others, so no one would be able to tell. I can tell you one thing, these are of the highest quality workmanship and durability because the spigot portion is extremely heavy and seems to be of good strength. I know I will be pleased in the end. Thank you Home Depot!

Delta quality displayed in this faucet is phenomenal. The weight to the water spout alone gives confidence in the brand and quality we know and expect from Delta. The same goes for the handles. Hardware included for install is complete as long as you also have the rough in valve kit. Combined the install is simple - or so I have been told. I am waiting to finish the remodel in my before final installation, and will likely have a professional complete the install as the valve kit requires special tools. Compatible parts by Delta allow even myself - a DIY - to see how much planning is involved in the release of a quality product. The handles have a nylon bushing to decrease friction when turning - hidden inside the handle so you don't even see it and rubber inserts for water selection. The valve kit has flexible copper tubing and the necessary "T" connector. Instructions make installation look very easy - others have confirmed the install is seamless.

I received this tub kit for a special project I have been working on. It required the tub spout and handles to be placed where I needed them to be and not at any specific space apart. That's the great part of this set. you can put any of the items where ever you like and just plumb them together under the tub deck hidden away. This set is an Exceptional Quality unit. The spout is solid metal as well as the Handles. Top Shelf! The valve assembly is Real Copper, Not Plastic like some others. It will require some soldering skill to connect the copper assembly together but nothing real difficult for a seasoned Plumber or Do-It-Your-Self person. The Valves even have the copper readily bendable without kinking. Installation is very straight forward and the spout locks down on it's connector with a small allen head screw so it can be angled at any angle you need. Overall a Very Beautiful Unit made with the Highest Quality Materials. 5 Stars *****

Delta always a superior name in plumbing fixtures and products. This two handle deck mount faucet set is made for a jacuzzi type tub and come with specific installation instructions which require some special tools and equipment. It is heavy duty and well made to last and retain its beauty. I will likely hire a professional for installation as soon as my tub has arrived and been installed. Valve and installation needs are not included in this package.
