Faucet installed professionally last week. Been working great through last night. Get up today, nothing….can’t get water to come out by the handle or by touching it. I read up about changing the sensitivity but the manual mode isnt working so 🤷♂️

What is faucet material and pull down nozzle made out of? Brass?

Is the handle tapered? The photos look like it is slimmer at the top of the handle than at the base, but the drawing in the specs makes it appear the same width.
