A: I wouldn’t call it quiet at all.
A: Hi Herb, Thanks for your question regarding C43908D-WH! Yes, this toilet has a quiet flush. A noisy toilet can be caused by high water pressure or dirt or obstruction in the valve head. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for further assistance. Best Regards, Emma Digital Communications Specialist
A: Hi Bribri, Thanks for your question regarding C43908D-WH! The push button rods may be too short. The gap between the end of the push button rods and the top of the flush valve buttons should be less than 1/16 inch. For optimum performance, the push button rods should just rest on top of the flush valve buttons without depressing them. Lengthen the rods by loosening the lock nuts, turning the rods counter-clockwise to adjust the rods to the proper length, and retightening the lock nuts. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for further assistance. Best Regards, Emma Digital Communications Specialist
A: There is a screw adjustment for the buttons. I had to adjust mine several times to get it to flush properly. Read the directions and make sure the bowl fills to the correct level. I found this toilet well built but it is a "skid mark special" The coating is not slick enough or water flow is not sufficient fr the size of the bowl even when it is filled correctly. So be prepared to clean it more often
