AnswersHi Barbershop5, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 2256-SS-DST can be disassembled by first turning off the water and then removing the handles. I am not sure why you are taking it apart but the cartridges are contained in the handles. If you contact our Home Owner/Warranty line at 800-345-3358, they can walk you through the procedure on the phone. Thanks. Jody

Beautiful but not without issues
We purchased our faucet on Wayfair in Canada on October 21, 2020 and the plumber installed December 4, 2020 as part of a larger renovation. We are grateful for the one year replacement warranty from Wayfair although Delta also guarantees their product. 1. You cannot locate this item on the Canadian site. Therefore we were told it was discontinued although on display at our supplier. It would have been nice instead to have been directed to the US site. We have subsequently located the items we wanted at Wayfair.ca & Amazon.ca 2. The faucet arrived twisted causing it to be loose and it drips. We are receiving a replacement from Wayfair shortly. 3. The fourth piece sprayer needs to be on a 6 inch center from the tap beside it and that is not in the instructions and it looks crowded and after the holes are drilled in the granite, it's too late to change. And I am upset about that. 4. The sprayer needs a filial top as part of the look of this Victorian faucet. I believe it is of good quality and we still trust Delta and their warranty but there are bits that could certainly be better .

I don't recommend this product. The finish Venetian Bronze doesn't last. It has discoloration after few years of use. I have other finishes such as stainless steel which still is holding nicely.
I don't think this finish should be used in delta faucets. Please, don't buy this finish or your faucet will look ugly and you will feel your money went down the drain

Overall, I am satisfied with the new kitchen faucet. My only suggestion for improvement is for better instructions about use of the faucet. The plumber did not have any problem following the installation instructions. Neither of us could find information about how the faucet handles are used to control the flow of water, the drip feature on the hot water side, and where to leave the faucet set at to keep the hot and cold water from leaking. Yes, I would buy from Delta again if I need another kitchen faucet.

So shiny and stately.
I had this guy's brother-faucet installed in my bathroom about a year ago and loved it. I wanted something in my kitchen that was a cross between modern durability and the look of an old-fashioned pump, and this guy fit the bill nicely. And no drips from either of them!
