All metal faucet with a great feel that makes for a good mid-range high spout sink faucet. A high spout faucet is really the way to go for a sink faucet these days. You don't want to be sticking your hands against the back of the sink. This Eastport does the trick perfectly. Plenty of room for your hands, and less bending over. This is truly an all-metal faucet with a solid feel to it. It is about time, too! Too much plastic in other products. The gasket to the base is plastic, of course, the faucet itself is metal. The look is good and classy with the satin finish. I prefer the two handle faucets over the one-handle versions that hide the other holes. It makes for a more solid feel. Installation was easy without any major surprises. The stopper puller is "bent" so when you attach it underneath to the lifter, you have to turn it in the direction you desire. That's the only tricky part. I pefer to have my stopper puller visible, so it is turned to the left side. You can alternatively keep it directly back and hide it. Your choice. The faucet runs at only 1.2 gpm. That's water saving and typical these days. I'd like a bit more. The aerator gives more of a whistle sound that I would like. I'd prefer a lower tone. It is likely due to the high restriction. I took off one star for a quality issue. The right (cold) handle is not at 90 degrees in relation to the spout. It is about 85 degrees. This is not adjustable that I can see and, although a minor issue, otherwise ruins a 5 star review. Made in China

A nice looking faucet with good functionality. This faucet works well with most 3-hole sink designs. The faucet produces a tight stream of water resulting in less splashing. The instructions are easy to read for DIYers with some plumbing experience. All others considering this faucet project should hire a professional. However, the tools required list fails to mention the need for Teflon tape and Plumbers putty, which is mentioned under the assembly instructions. As it is common for material to get left in the faucet spout, you must remove the aerator prior to turning on the water. Flush with aerator off and drain closed for one minute. This will allow any debris to be flushed out. Reinstall the aerator, run both hot and cold water and test for leaks. There was one craftsmanship flaw I found. On both sides of the spout (pictured here) the sanding and buffing is mediocre resulting in an visual defect. The manufacturer backs this product with a limited lifetime warranty from defects. The use of harsh chemicals or abrasives will void the warranty. To clean, the manufacturer suggests using a soft towel with water. Do not use aftermarket parts, this will also void the warranty.

The Eastport bath faucet in Satin Nickel seems to be a quality product. I like the quarter turn hot and cold handles they are smooth operating to a positive on and off. The installation went easy enough just undo water connections then a plastic nut hold the faucet to the sink, the hardest part was getting the sink stopper adjusted but the whole process took about thirty minutes. Keep a towel handy you will experience a little water spillage in disconnecting the water supply.

This is an awesome faucet. I installed this in less than 5 minutes with the hardware it came with and the clear steps in the manual (and some youtube). This very simple to install with just one hole being needed instead of the typical 3 for another faucet. It has very smooth action when moving the handle and the sprayer works with even pressure and has a knob to control the follow of water and the type of spray you want.

It would be hard to beat the value of this faucet. Clean lines and it is easy to install. It has quick assembly push connections from handles to the spout. Which means you are on your back for about a 1 minute as opposed to 10 minutes trying to wrench on semi rigid supply lines in a tight space. The main supply lines are not included as per usual. Too hard for the manufacturer to know the length you will need. I was weary about connecting to a 1/4" tube as you can twist it with too much torque. The lift rod has a 90 degree bend at the end which means you will need at least 1" clearance from the wall. It will most take most longer to remove the old unit than to install this one. I had occasion to phone the supplier for a question and customer service was super.

What a beautiful faucet that looks great under my basement wet bar. This was one of the easiest faucets that I have even installed. The direction were easy to follow and everything lined up great. The handle is a single handle lever so it is very easy to turn on and use. The reason I went with this faucet is because it sits up high and you can easily washing large items under it. The satin nickel finish looks great but I installed mine behind a bar so you really don't see it. Anyway this is a great product and a beautiful design.

The Eastport Single Handle kitchen faucet by Design House is great looking a high quality product. The satin nickel finish is very appealing. This has all the high quality parts...ceramic, brass, copper and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. I really like the full swivel, nicely curved spout which allows for washing tall items in the sink. The handle is has a smooth on/off and temperature control movement. This faucet is easy to install...it can be installed to hook-up with a sprayer (not included). I used this in bar area and it really looks nice.

I was quite pleased with this Design House Eastport single handle standard kitchen faucet in satin nickel. It is a simple modern looking quality faucet. It could not be simpler to install this faucet mostly because it is just one hole mounting and does not come with a separate sprayer hose. It does have a water tap to install the optional sprayer and must be blocked off if the separate sprayer is not installed. The only item I had to buy were the water supply braded hoses to connect to the water shutoff valves. The faucet is just over nine inches tall and should give a good amount or room to wash large items in the sink. The handle assembly has a high quality tight feel as you turn it on and off. It flows 1.8 gpm at 60 psi and uses a ceramic disk cartridge so it should not need maintenance for years of use. The faucet comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
