cuts great
best blade for the money or best blade period. Don't try and use on any wood with nails it says clean wood for a reason. but clean wood is no problem. I dont know how much of a difference the curv edge makes for plunge cuts seems to work the same as the straight edge blades but it does it well. So all is good .

Great on nails in wood! I have a bunch of old pallets that I want to rip apart and use to cover a cinder block wall in my kitchen. My sawzall got the majority of it done but there were still several small pieces that the blade could not reach. Cue this tool! It easily cut through the nails in the wood, some of which were two or three inches long. It made the job really easy and the finished wall look great!

There is one feature that I really like on this blade. I've used other saw blades with my oscillating tool, but love the curved blade on this one which allows for a great, clean start for a plunge cut. It makes a very smooth cut. I made a plunge cut in a piece of rough sawn T1 11 plywood at the end of a cut made with a fine-toothed sabre saw bladeso you could see the difference. It is Swiss made, also.

Diablo makes exceptional high quality blades and this osculating blade is no exception. The blade is very durable with a more sturdy build them most other blades on the market. It cuts through wood very easily and made my project quite easy. The black ice coating helps reduce friction and cools the cutting teeth. The measuring markers on the blade also help with cutting depth and is a nice touch in English and metric units. I recommend this blade and will definitely get more in the future.

I like Diablo blades for my circular saw but never tried their oscillating saw blades. This blade...
I like Diablo blades for my circular saw but never tried their oscillating saw blades. This blade doesn't disappoint, it is incredible sharp and has a very aggressive tooth pattern and it cuts very smoothly. A lot of blades with fine teeth smoke like crazy and burn the wood but this cuts cleanly and with no drama. The shape of the blade where it contacts the wood has a slight curve so the blade enters the wood cleanly with no ragged tear out on the edges. There is a printed scale on the blade that shows how deep you are cutting which probably would come in handy if you have you have to make a cut to a specific depth, but the scale is a bit hard to see unless a bright light is shining on it. The blade will plunge up to 2 inches and the blade is very stiff so I suspect it would not veer of course. This blade is for clean wood only - stay away from nails and it should last you quite a while (the package says 5X longer than others). Another plus for me, this blade went into my cutter and had a very positive engagement - a lot of times I have to jiggle the blade around to get it to engage the teeth on the tool, but this slipped in easily.
