Jay this only includes the board. We recommend using lathe screws to fasten pegboard to wall studs or furring strips attached to drywall. Regular drywall screws or wood screws also work well, however, lathe screws will prevent tearing when mounting heavy items.
Ralph this peg board uses 1/4" accessories with it

Hi Jim, if I know that I'am not going to be able to attach to a wall stud, then I will always use toggle bolts. Toggle bolts hold a lot of weight, there secure in drywall. Drill hole in drywall, put toggle bolt screw through pegboard, screw toggle bolt wing onto screw and pinch wing together, push into hole. Tighten screw and continue to the next corner of the pegboard.
