A:  Thank you for your interest in Gemmy products! The item is powered by an AC plug is attached to the motor which is not a replaceable plug as it uses fuses. if the item is not working, please be sure to inspect the fuses located on the male plug.

    A:  thank you for your interest in Gemmy products! Disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet and allow the lamp to cool completely before replacing bulb. Do not touch the bulb when the power is "ON" as it is extremely hot and make cause electrocution. 1. Grasp plug and remove from receptacle or another outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. 2. Open the zipper opening on the Airblown® Inflatable. 3. Open the protective light cover carefully by pressing down on the two locking side tabs simultaneously. 4. Replace lamp with same type of C7-LED bulb. 5. Do not over-tighten the lamp as this may damage the lamp or lamp holder. WARNING: Replace only with same type C7-LED bulb.

      Huge little mermaid fan and as soon as I saw this Ursula inflatable I couldn’t wait to get it! Set up was super easy. Ursula is awesome in the day and even better at night! She glows all over and moves her tentacles. Our neighborhood loves it and definitely catches everyone’s attention! Such a unique and great item to have for Halloween!!

        Pretty much my entire neighborhood is in love with this inflatable!!!! I even have kids stop by to have chats with Ursula and they always tell her bye 🥹 PRO TIP: Use a garment steamer to remove wrinkles from inflatables. It will make a world of difference in the way it looks and moves.
