Worked great for a bit...
This was installed just before I bought my house two years ago, was used probably less than average as I live alone and am rarely home. While rinsing dishes the hose disconnected from the sprayer handle, fell under the sink and sprayed water everywhere--I do not see a way to repair this so I must replace it already!
