This kit combines a CORNERVIEW shower enclosure with a coordinating SlimLine shower base. The CORNERVIEW shower enclosure is a perfect combination of solid construction and timeless design. The corner installation provides an effective solution to maximize space. A SlimLine shower base completes the transformation with a modern low profile design. DreamLine shower kits provide a complete solution to makeover a shower space.

  • 2 sliding panels, with 2 stationary panels on sides meet to create corner walk through

Q:Since a center drain pan is not available, can I rotate the pan so the offset drain is closer to the opposite point where the doors open? Floor joists and gas line will prevent me from installing this with the floor drain towards the back corner.

Answer This Question

A:  Rotating the pan will leave you with an exposed side of the base that is unfinished and intended to be installed to the studs. That side will also have a tile flange on it and you will not be able to install the Cornerview on that narrow threshold. Also, the finished side that you will then be installing against the studs could pose a risk for leaking since it will not have a tile flange to prevent that from happening. In short, no, you cannot rotate the pan and have a secure installation that is under warranty. If you have any other questions, please contact a DreamLine PreSales Consultant at 866-282-8413.       A:  No handles but the doors have a lip that you can push to open and close the doors

            A:  You do not have to purchase the base if you want to use another base. Dreamline sells the enclosure without the base. Just be sure your base will work. You may need to contact Dreamline to talk through your configuration. They were very helpful when I contacted them with questions.

                      Very disappointed there was no base included in this shower...
                      Very disappointed there was no base included in this shower enclosure. We lost time and money having to build a base. The picture on line shows a base. It also says, WITH white acrylic base???
