A:  Unfortunately, no - DreamLine shower doors are not designed for installation into molded acrylic/fiberglass shower surrounds and should not be installed into these types of openings because doing this will void the warranty and compromise the product. All DreamLine shower doors require solid finished walls (no pocket of dead space behind the wall), true 90-degree angles where the wall meets the threshold (corners cannot have a radius or curve), and finished walls that are at least as tall as the shower door (so that none of the glass or hardware sticks up above the walls). A:  The Toulon pattern is applied to one side of the glass during manufacturing via a patented process called JetGlaze(TM). The pattern is essentially permanently fused onto the glass surface. The other side of the glass without the pattern will have DreamLine's patented ClearMax coating on the glass to help make cleaning fast and easy because the coating will help reduce water spots and staining. Due to a small amount of iron that is in the raw glassmaking material, there will be a slight green hue to the edges and corners of the glass. A:  The French Linea Toulon tub door can install on most tubs. Please note that this model will require you to drill holes in your tub deck so that you can fasten the bottom U-channel with the provided screws. This step in the installation is extremely important because this model is made with DreamLine's thickest and heaviest 3/8" tempered glass and fastening the bottom U-channel with screws will ensure that the unit has enough support to remain stable and secured firmly. A:  The French Linea shower screen will require you to drill holes into the tub so that you can fasten the u-channel hardware firmly and safely to the tub threshold. The glass used for this model is very heavy 3/8" thick tempered glass. Failing to secure the u-channel with screws will compromise the unit's safety and stability. You will also completely void the warranty on the product if the u-channels are not fastened to the tub with screws as the manual instructs. We recommend speaking with your contractor about this installation step before ordering this product.
