Does this door seal well enough to be used for a steam shower?

Does the in line panel have to be used with the door? Or can the door be installed by itself?
Asked by CJ December 27, 2020This Unidoor Toulon is designed to be installed with the stationary panel, which has a special strike vinyl that the door closes against. Without that panel installed, the door will not have anything to seal the closing side of the door. Does this door open either way (inward or outward)?
Asked by PeteT February 16, 2019The DreamLine Unidoor Toulon shower doors now feature adjustable hinges, allowing you to choose if you would like the door to open inward or outward. The hinges come to you pre-set by the factory to open outward, which is the recommended position. Should you choose to adjust the hinge to open inward, you will need to change the orientation of the vinyl piece that the door closes against, installing the flange on the outside of the shower. Instructions will be included with the hinge for changing the orientation of the swing. A simple adjustment is all that it takes to allow the door to open inward. The wall side where this door would be installed is out of square, are there any accommodations for this ?

Do you offer this door with the hinges on the left?
