My previous answer was apparently mistaken. More knowledgeable sources suggest a range of aftermarket specialty blades will work. Apologies.
The more honest answer is "no", according to owner reviews I've read. No aftermarket blades in this size, either. Unfortunate because the single included blade is unimpressive, with some complaints of jamming, failing to cut mild metal, etc.

I bought this to specifically cut crown molding... after talking with Dremel support, it is not meant for cutting molding so beware.
