This Item is very comfortable and works well
This Item is very comfortable and works well, to help maybe since the post before me said there is no straps to hold it in place. Go down and buy some self adhesive VelCro straps like i did and use the velcro to hold it in place. Easily adaptable to any seating

Gel-U-Seat
I purchased this Gel-U-Seat cushion to aid in the recovery from my Hemorrhoidectomy. It has been great. Once I returned to work, I used it in my office chair. Problem is that there are no tie straps built in the center of the pad to hold it in place. If the chair has no posts on the side to tie to, the pad keeps sliding.
