I am attaching this into cement board siding, and so I need to use cement board screws. What size should I get?
You probably want to attach it to the plywood/osb sheeting behind your siding. I’d use exterior grade split point screws (to drill thru cement board) at 1-1/4 “ long, should reach sheathing

Are the halves fastened together with screws? The unit is already installed so I can't use this if I can't install them around the lineset.
yes, it is a track system with a top half and bottom half connecting with provided screws. The end cap can be cut on the back side to place around line set where enters into the home.
What is the inside diameter of the line set molding? Does the elbow come apart so you can mount it with line set that is already installed?
4 1/8 and yes the elbow comes apart and can be installed on an existing lineset.
