The DuraVent PelletVent Fixed Vertical Chimney Cap provides long-lasting performance, durability and reliability with its double-wall air-insulated design, factory-sealed seams and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction. Designed to terminate a 3 in. vertical installation above the roof line, this chimney cap is suitable for venting a wood pellet-burning stove and features a twist lock connection for easy installation and easy cleaning.

The DuraVent Chimney Cap arrived well packaged but fell apart upon removal from the packaging. The rivets holding the pipe mount to the cap had missed their mark. Quality control apparently lacking.

High quality & Looks great
Cap locks easily onto the DuraVent pipe. Very well constructed and appears to be durable enough to withstand any storm the northeast may dish out. I am confident that this will hold up well against the elements.
