Product Overview

Dyco Epoxy-Tite is an exterior waterborne 1-part epoxy. It provides a low sheen, protective finish on concrete surfaces usually found in driveways, garages, walkways, patios and pool decks. Epoxy-Tite's durable epoxy acrylic formula resists hot tire pick-up, fading, scuffing and cracking. Slippery when wet. Dyco recommends mixing SKID GARD No. 45 at 0.2 lbs. (3.2 oz.) per gallon to the final coat if surface to be coated is a ramp, steps or inclined plane; or is exposed to water from rain, sprinklers, pools or other means. If SKID GARD No. 45 is not available, see your paint specialist for a recommendation of a suitable aggregate to be used. NOTE: Adding SKID GARD to non-opaque coatings may alter final appearance. Test coating on a hidden area before applying to the entire surface.
  • Formulated to apply to all concrete surfaces especially garages and driveways
  • Waterborne acrylic formula provides exceptional adhesion and durability
  • Resists mold and mildew to maintain a rich and inviting appearance
  • Improved hiding capability allows for greater coverage
  • Tintable to thousands of colors to match virtually any color scheme
  • Low sheen protective finish
  • Cleans easily with warm, soapy water
  • 225 sq. ft. per gallon depending on surface porosity

This product is easy to use, emits no fumes, and dries to an elegant finish. It covers so well that I had enough left after two coats in a 99-year-old basement to apply a third coat on all perimeters and high traffic areas.

The paint is good & we ordered dauphin gray low sheen, but we received a different color. We didn’t realize the wrong color shipped until we went to use it. We made it work by painting a different area but had to re-order the correct color so we could finish the first project we started.

I painted over an existing epoxy paint. I preped by pressure washing off all loose paint, so I painted over bare concrete AND existing paint. I did two coats, and the paint went farther than had been stated on the can. It looks great and so far has been holding up. The real test will come with time.
