functional and beautiful!
I gifted this to my grandparents last year for Christmas. They love being able to enjoy the patio all year round in Texas, especially now that they have heat! The heater matches the rest of the patio decoration and everyone is jealous. Love it!

This outdoor heater is good quality and looks great. The manufacturer provides excellent customer service. Upon assembling, I was missing a screw. They immediately sent me a new one no questions asked. My only critique is that it is quite expensive relative to similar models. If you have the space and ceiling clearance for a taller heating unit, you may be able to find a comparable product for a much lower price.

If it wasn't for the fact that I severely cut my knuckle when reaching in to turn the gas valve on, I would have given this product a very good review. I cannot, however, endorse this product without providing any prospective buyer with a safety warning. The cut on my knuckle required 3 stitches. Also, this wasn't the first time I cut my knuckles on this product....horrible finish, sharp edges of sheet metal and no protective barriers or guards. I ended up putting two layers of electrical tape on the exposed edges.

Very nice looking heater with very good instructions for assembly....
Very nice looking heater with very good instructions for assembly. You do have to be careful with some sharp edges but overall very good quality. I really like the size - just the right height for the patio.
