They immediately sent me a new one no questions asked. My only critique is that it is quite expensive relative to similar models. If you have the space and ceiling clearance for a taller heating unit, you may be able to find a comparable product for a much lower price.

If it wasn't for the fact that I severely cut my knuckle when reaching in to turn the gas valve on, I would have given this product a very good review. I cannot, however, endorse this product without providing any prospective buyer with a safety warning. The cut on my knuckle required 3 stitches. Also, this wasn't the first time I cut my knuckles on this product....horrible finish, sharp edges of sheet metal and no protective barriers or guards. I ended up putting two layers of electrical tape on the exposed edges.
