    A:  I have it full of dirt and plants and when it rains hard water has overflowed, I have seen no problems with the hangers at all.

    A:  not at all, the day I hang them we had a bad storm,with really strong winds. I was concern they were going to fly out, but my are still hanging.

      A:  I filled the 3 inpurchased up with topsoil, was very heavy. We hung them up and they handle the weight no problem, even in the wind!!
