I think I wasted my money, this thing does not even attract moths, the reason i bought it.

We are sorry to hear that! Locate an area of high pest insect activity and place nearby to ensure your trap attracts as many insects as possible. It works!
I have had it for years and use it indoor/outdoor but recently have hung it inside my screen patio. It catches all types of flying bugs. I check it daily and it never disappoints. I don't even need it for mosquitoes since I have a mosquito magnet (get one) so it cleans up all my other nuisance bugs

It doesn't work
I left it on for 48 hours and flies just flew right by it. I tried it indoors (some competing light from the windows, but I had the blinds all shut), as well as in a pitch-dark garage (where I knew there were some bugs flying around). Indoors caught nothing. In the garage, it caught a single tiny gnat. Really wish it worked better.
