The P336 36 in. Plug-End Extension Spring is a Holmes spring replacement for heavier one-piece garage doors as well as for toy haulers using lift springs. Replace all springs at the same time for balanced door lift and even wear. A c-hook is required for a single spring installation while a w-hook is required for a double spring installation - available separately.

have two car garage wood door that have four springs mark as P728 but replace with P728 the door is very hard to close. Should I change to P728L?
It's all in the chain length. If you prop your door up fully you can re-hook your chain to match your spring length. You need not have to pull on the spring. Just slip it on with the least slack.
The P728L will just have lower initial tension of 75 lbs to 85 lbs.
