A: Disconnect the power cord, drain hose, and water supply hoses from the washer. Pull the washer out into the room. Clean the area behind the washer. If there are two people available who can lift the washer into the tray that would be ideal. If you are doing this alone rock the washer back on its rear feet and place a 3 inch high board along those rear feet while the washer is rocked back. Then slide the tray under the washer up to the board. Rock the washer over the board and slide it completely into the tray. Take the board away, slide the washer back into place, and reconnect it.
A: Your drain pan must be connected to an existing floor drain using a PVC pipe or a drain hose to flush the water that is collected in the pan. A drain adapter is included with this product to make the installation to a drain pipe easier. The drain adapter should be set-up in either of the 2-preformed areas that are found on the pan. If you have no existing floor drains, the drain pan can also be used without installing a drain outlet but this will only provide some protection from minor leaks, in the event of a major leak the pan will likely overflow.
A: I think it will not fit. It could be extremely tight and you will need help centering it. The width and depth of this pan are the outside measurements, not the interior. The interior width is about 28.5. The sidewalls curve into the bottom so they are not a 90 degree angle hence you lose some space all around. The depth is the real concern, it wont be 32, but more like 30.5.. 30.5 vs 30.8 may be too short for your need and make it harder for you lift and place the unit. My instinct tells me to look for a deeper pan since I don't know exactly how you measured your depth. Or a pan with this dimension but 90 degree sidewalls and no curved lip on the sidewalls..
A: Based on the dimensions that you have provided for your stackable washer and dryer unit, we would recommend the 30-inch x 32-inch washing machine pan.
