A: Hi Franceso, Thanks for choosing the ECHO 120 MPH 450 CFM 58-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Leaf Blower - 2.0 Ah Battery and Charger Included CBL-58V2AH. You will need a 220 to 120 volt adapter or rewire the receptacle or install a new receptacle next to the old one and connect it to the 220-volt wiring. We recommend using a certified electrician for the rewiring process. I hope this helps and thanks for asking! - Eve

A: Yes it happened to me too. Just pull the battery and reinsert again. It should start up.
A: Worst purchase ever..have had 2 batteries fail in first 4 months..and replacement costs as much as the blower..
A: The same thing happened to me. I had to contact the company, it comes with a 5 yr warranty, and they sent me a replacement battery and charger. The blower now works fine. Another thing you could do is to contact the company for your local certified repair dealer and take it there along with your receipt and they will check it out and handle the replacement parts if necessary.
A: Hi Jim. For any issues with your tool please call our customer service and they will help. 877-652-9112. Thanks for asking. Greg
A: Yeah the batteries are horrible. My first one died in first 2 weeks...they sent me a replacement which lasted maybe a month..by then I'd lost the receipt and refused to buy another battery. So disappointed with this purchase. Return it while you can.
A: I have had this blower and the string trimmer that uses the same batter for 2.5 years. I have never had a battery take longer than 2 hours to fully charge. I would remove the battery from the charger, re-insert it, making sure it's fully seated, and if it's not fully charged in a couple of hours, contact the manufacturer or return it.
A: Remove the battery and unplug the charger. Then plug back in and charge. It's happened to me before.
A: Try using it and then charging again or taking it out of the charger and placing it back in. I have had this happen on occasion and it remedies the issue.
