13/16 in. x 25 ft. Birch Edge Tape

Set my shop iron on high, centered the product on 3/4 ply, pretty easy. Used an 80 grit with an angled downward motion to take off the excess. Check YouTube; there is a good demo with more tips, not the same brand but you will get the idea. Very pleased with the results. Paint grade cabinet.

I had been using Band-it edging and needed more. I purchased the Edgemate edging because it was what Home Depot had. This stuff was terrible to work with. It has numerous splices, it came in 2 sections taped together which was a waste. The glue does not hold as well as Band-it brand and it is thinner and more brittle. I was using a trimmer and had so many problems trimming. I had to do 1 piece 3 times. I will not be purchasing this again.

This was my first time using edge banding. This product worked really well. I used it on 3/4" oak veneer plywood (edges sanded flat and straight). Applying it was easy with the iron on the cotton setting (steam off). I followed the directions that come with the banding and ran a wood block back and forth along the banding pressing down while the banding and glue cooled. I did not purchase any sort of trimmer to removes the banding overhangs. I used a cabinet scraper to remove the overhangs along the edges which worked great and produced absolutely seamless joints. I used a utility knife to trim the end overhangs to about 1/16" and then sanded them flush with sandpaper on a block. My local Home Depot only carried the birch banding but I noticed that there was significant variation in the color of the banding between packages. I took advantage of that to pick a pack that matched the color of the oak veneer plywood nicely.

Excellent easy to install product. Applies fast but take enough time that it does not slip around on you while the glue is hot. Takes stain well.

This is an awesome product to transform your sad looking ply wood shelves to something clean and modern! The installation was super simple. 1. Cut the tape to required length. 2. With Iron at Cotton setting and move over the tape slowly. 3. Move back and forth till the tape is set in place.

very easy to use i would recommend to get a razer mad to cut it instead of a utility knife. it makes for a much better look

Very easy to apply. The three step instructions on the back are all you need to apply it. It cuts easy and sands well. Made that ugly plywood edge look smooth and match the veneer top.

This product works very well. All you need is a working clothes iron and anybody can apply it.
