Garbage
I purchased this shower system from Home Depot and the shower head arm threads stripped. There are only about two threads on the aluminum bar that do not hold the weight of the shower bar and head. I tried to contact Home Depot but they said that it was out of their 30 day warranty period so to contact the vendor. Since the valve needs to be installed before the shower wall there is obviously a period of time before the shower is finished and tiled before attempting to install the shower head. Obviously out of the 30 day period from Home Depot.
The phone number that Home Depot had from the vendor was disconnected and THERE IS NO WEBSITE FOR THIS MANUFACTURER!
So there is no support from Home Depot at all, and the manufacturer is in China with no way to contact them. Do yourself a favor and stick with the major brands.

Hand-held head is plastic, diverter conection for hand-held is on...
Hand-held head is plastic, diverter conection for hand-held is on the right side of diverter but can be switched with shower head connection. Male connectors for shower head and hand-held are very short so make sure you are flush with tile. Manual is worse than an ikea Manual.

I ordered this shower system for a remodel of my guest bathroom.It came in a timely manner that was not a problem. When my plumber went to install the system we realized that the part for the showerhead was the wrong part, I order the rain shower head w/wall installation but got the ceiling installation. I contacted the company to get the correct part. Whoever packed his box packed it all wrong none of the parts I received in that box we’re correct for the system I ordered. So I was sent out the part that I need it but found out it was a used part and it’s no good, the threads are worn. Also the screws for the hand-held shower and the spout for the tub were the wrong ones( got two male parts so had to go buy the correct ones) this has been a total disaster with this product. I can’t return it because these issues were discovered after the tile was installed, and the majority of the system was already installed.
