ETi's 12 in. LED Under Cabinet Light is designed to replace over-heated under cabinet puck lights and outdated fluorescent, incandescent or xenon fixtures with cool energy-efficient LEDs. It is beam adjustable, (2) light output options, linkable and has plug-in or direct Wire power connection. No other company has this unique product! The adjustable beam rotates front to back up to a 90° angle, which offers extreme flexibility and accuracy. The light output is Soft White 3000K and as it transitions down when dimmed; the color temperature is Amber White 2200K. Perfect for night time or to not walk into a dark space. It emits 300 Lumens of brightness using low power of 5.5-Watts. With ETi's patent Magna Mount™ mounting plate, installation is quick and easy and linkable by either end-to-end connector or cable. It is easy to install, eco-friendly and maintenance free with no bulbs to replace for many years. Only issue is that the light is very yellow in color and not very bright. Purchased as replacements for bright white under cabinet lighting. These don’t put out 1/2 the light as the ones they replaced even though they are advertised as the same luminosity. On the plus side, they were easy to install and the rotating / adjustable feature Makes it nice to control where you want to focus the light.
Very difficult to wire, one light did not work after...

Lights are easy to install. The magnetic mounting plate feature allows you to reposition the lights slightly which helps when connecting multiple lights or connecting the fixture directly through a knock-out hole. Every light fixture includes power connectors and cords, an unfortunate waste if installing these end-to-end. I would like to send my extra cords and hardware to the manufacturer rather than to a landfill. There should be options to order lights with or without the power cords.

I replaced other lights with these, and they were hard wired. The ETi lights didn't give me much room to make my connections, but I managed to fit the connections. They give a very good light and the customer was happy.
