It's only been a few weeks, but thus far these threshold mats are performing as expected. They certainly ease the transition across a door threshold for a walker. Installation is really easy if you don't need to trim the mats. If trimming is required, a jigsaw works pretty well - but it's easier if you're able to anchor the mats or have someone hold it taut for you.

Good ramp for a short rise.
The ramp seems well made and is sturdy. It came with some mounting hardware in the box, but is unlikely to move unless really abused. This is perfect to use as a threshold ramp because of its short rise.
