A:  Hi Bob. I highly recommend using Permatex Steel Weld Epoxy or Locktite Metal and Concrete Epoxy or Gorilla Weld on each end of the adjustable angle. All three of these epoxies are quick setting (10 min avg.) and easy to work with. The Permatex is the most substantial and creates the "gap" bond between the draft at the end of the adjustable angle to the round pipe handrail; which is how this product was originally designed. Alternatively, in the past 15+ years of this products life, there are thousands of mechanical fasteners that installers have used that meet code and are still aesthetically pleasing: tapping in a set screw, drilling 1/8" hole and inserting a spring or roll pin, or simply screwing in a round headed metal screw. Of all mechanical solutions my favorite is the roll/spring pin (use 2 or 3 per end). If any of this very technical answer needs further explanation, please email us at support@ezhandrail.com. A:  Hi Jessica. I'm sure there is but I think I might have a better solution for you. We rolled out a new 1.9" Round Adjustable Wall Mount Bracket that has a flat plate you can fasten to your concrete wall with Tapcons or sleeve anchors and it has a round female handrail receiver that pivots up and down or side to side. Unfortunately this bracket is not on homedepot.com (7/31/20) yet, but is available simply by emailing support@ezhandrail.com and we can ship to your local store.
