What is the diameter and pitch of the threaded rod? One of my piers was damaged by Home Depot, and the threaded rod is bent and missing the bottom washer and nut. I can cut the bent part of the rod with length, but I need a replacement nut and washer...

Can these pillars be used without the conical base? Packed gravel at bottom of the hole.
Thanks for reaching out DiyGuy. Putting packed gravel at the bottom is absolutely the way to go, however, we do not recommend installation without the base. The wide base is crucial as it ensures the footing remains stable and does not shift over time. Best of luck with your project!
I'd be using this to raise a pergola higher, on top of an already existing concrete pad. Because the pad exists, I would not be able to dig to place the bottom. Can I attach this to the existing pad, how would I do that, or what product do I need instead?

Can these be used to add extra support under a wooden floor for a 2000lb printing press?
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, EZ-TUBE can be used in this type of application. We recommend using mortar between each section when installing. Does it require a base of gravel?
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. Gravel isn't required, it's recommended to help create a level base for the EZ-TUBE.
