can this be used on a gravel drive?

I didn't try gravel, but it struggled on normal pavement with cracks and uneven blocks. It seems to have issues with anything but smooth pavement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had 3" of dry, fluffy snow. The snowblower wouldn't... Had 3" of dry, fluffy snow. The snowblower wouldn't blow it without going back and forth over it two or three times and it took all I could do to push it as it kept piling up in front of the machine. Supposedly you're supposed to be able to walk along normally but not the case. This was on my deck. As far as flat ground, don't even try it as the front of the machine digs right into the ground and gets stuck there, even holding the handle pulled back so the front of the machine is one-half to one inch off the ground. It's advertised as being able to handle snow to a depth of 12". I'm 73, got it for the ease of use and ended up injuring myself trying to get up enough strength to push it. Go with the regular, gas operated snowblower with the electric start, not the battery operated.

Got this, and had to immediately bring it back, as the first one didn't work at all. Within the first year, the chute rotator broke on the first heavy snow when wet snow packed against the joints, and at the start of the next year it wouldn't power up even with the battery at full and in good condition. Couldn't find anyone local to repair this and the warranty was down by then. Would not recommend, especially with uneven or cracked driveways as it struggled on anything but smooth pavement.
