Thermo-treatment of wood reduce expansion and contraction of the wood in 5-10 times. To take the reduced expansion and contraction in to the consideration we recommend to not press planks against each other and leave a hair space between them. That will be enough considering that the material is thermally-modified wood. See installation instructions for details.
I wouldn't.
Any pneumatic gun for straight nails 16 ga 1 inch will work. In each set of planks we put 50 nails. Important: please adjust pressure to not send nails too deep in the wood. To keep a right holding power the head of the nail should stay on the level of wood surface.
For installation, we enclose finishing nails that have small heads which are hidden inside of the wood (if you use nail gun it will deliver nails inside of the wood).
Pine
No use nail gun
I would say yes. They are fairly thin boards and need the support
I wouldn't
I ordered these but they were packed wet or something.Wild variations unhelpful with project. I ended up with Weaber planks also available at Home Depot. Weaber are also less expensive. I cut with simple hand miter saw. Depending on board you can end up with raggered edge but rectify with fine grit sanding block.
I wouldn't. Might release gases when heated
