The liner had a strong offensive chemical odor that would not dissipate. No one would want to put food or laundry in it. This was reported by a previous buyer, but I thought it may have been an exaggeration. It wasn't. I returned it before any use.

I’m fairly young still but have major chronic back pain. Walking itself is very painful let alone carrying groceries. I don’t care if I look like a little ol’ Lady if I have something like this to help me through this painful life i’m Living. Cart is wonderful!

The product is fine, it's the marketing that is very misleading. The picture makes it appear that you get the cart and the liner for $20 bucks. Not true, when I went in to pick up the cart and the Easy Wheels cart and hood, the package looked very small. I even asked the service cashier to open the box and let me see the package.
Again, the package has five pictures on the box with the cart and the liner. So I walked out and got home and took it out of the package.
Call me stupid, and I am a long way from being stupid!
Fix this on your ads and make sure customers know you only get the liner! For me, I am requesting you give me, free cart and change the misleading ad. Quite frankly, I am more interested in you changing the ad so other people are not duped.
