The Eaton PJS3V 3-gang screwless toggle switch mid-size wall plate appears to float freely on the surface of the wall and is designed for easy and fast installation. Mounting plate attaches to the wiring device and the wall plate is simply pressed into place. mid-sized to cover wall imperfections and large wallboard openings. The Eaton polycarbonate wall plate is virtually unbreakable, with high structural rigidity, long term form retention and superior impact resistance. cULus certified. First gang to edge measures 1-5/9 in. Gang to gang measures 1-4/5 in. Measures 6-3/4 in. W x 4-7/8 in. H. Available in ivory color. I love the Eaton screwless wall plates! Very sleek and modern looking and very easy to wipe clean. I never did like the look of all the little screws showing, and now I don't have to see them anymore!

This "light almond" wall plate is a different color than...
This "light almond" wall plate is a different color than the "light almond" switches and outlets I bought in-store at Home Depot. Therefore, it was a waste of money.

Hello, Yes this will be the case of the switch or receptacle being a little darker than the wall plate. The units do have different properties and come off of different production lines. We apologize for the unfavorable experience.

The new colors are great and it is a well...
The new colors are great and it is a well made product. Unfortunately, it has a square edge instead of tapered, so it appeared to stick out (more than we liked) maybe old walls are too irregular for this type of cover. We bought the oversized traditional covers instead and they work great.
