Can this water be hooked up to outside sink.
Hi, the Eccotemp EL7 portable outdoor tankless water heater is designed for recreational and off-grid use, providing instant hot water in various settings such as camping, hunting, or outdoor cleaning. However, it is not intended for permanent installation or plumbing into fixtures like outdoor sinks. We strongly recommend using it with the included hose and spray nozzle exactly as designed and as outlined in the manual.
is this water heater weatherproof?
The Luxe EL7 is not for permanent outdoor installation. Although all our portable models are for outdoor use, be sure to bring the unit indoors. When not in use, the unit should be drained, taken down, and stored in a safe place away from the elements. Leaving the unit outdoors for prolonged periods of time can cause debris buildup, birds, leaves, dust, mice, bugs, etc. to make homes in your unit, causing a fire hazard. Leaving your unit outdoors and not following the recommended use will void your warranty.
What is the minimum flow rate for this unit to turn on?

For a once a day shower, how long will a 20 gal. tank last?

Kind of a vague question more info is needed to determine an answer. Examples would be the size of pump you are using to the unit possibly gravity feed system that could get interesting....

Is there a conversion kit to change to natural gas hook up like there is for a gas grill?

Our water heaters are created only for one gas type, if it is for liquid propane, it is only for liquid propane and that goes the same with Natural Gas.
