This review is for a twin pack ECOPURE Carbon Block Water Filter for a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system. I installed these filters in my i-Filter Filtration system. These filters reduce sediment and the Chlorine taste and odor that sometimes comes with a City water system.
The installation time was approximately 10 minutes by the time I made room under my sink where unfortunately theses systems are usually located. The fit for my system was perfect. ECOPURE also offers the ability for the user to sign up via text message to receive a filter change reminder so that your drinking water filtration is clean and working properly. These are a nicely made filter and come well packaged.

Ordered these to fit the Ecopure whole sink water filter. The water filter itself was the unit only, no filter, no installation wrench. The filter housing and mounting bracket have four stainless steel screws holding them together. When installing the filter bracket, you can remove it from the filter housing, mark the wall mount screw locations. Once the mounting screws are located you can replace the bracket on the filter and mount on the wall. The filter cartridge instructions indicate that the water should run 2-3 minutes to flush the filter. I used a clear glass to sample the water about every minute once I had the filter cartridge in place.
The water from the filter tastes about like the Brita pitcher. This is more handy and faster than filling the Brita. I just use a regular pitcher and do not need to wait for the water to run through!

I trust Ecopure to help my cooking & drinking water to be safe and great tasting.
Ecopure Universal Whole Home Filter is changed out every 3 months. Im sure Ecopure is working because the discoloration of the impurities in my water are shown every 3 months after changing the filter out. Ecopure reduces the sediments as well as chlorine and odors. The color of the filter speaks for itself before placement and then after the recommended removal time.

I have always had a problem getting a Carbon/Charcoal blocking filter to fit my
"American Plumber" whole house water filter system on our 450 ft. deep well in N.E. Georgia !
They are always too tall for the canister ! This "ECOPURE" water solved filter fits the bill !
This company has, on each end of the filter, a removable neoprene disc so it fits many
different models and makes !! You can also log into them to get e-mails as when to change it !!
I recommend these filters !!

This is the best whole house water filter I have ever used! The filters that I have been using are made of
flimsy paper and don't last three months, as suggested. This new carbon filter is much stronger and heavy duty and should last much longer than three months, although they recommend a filter change every 90 days. You can compare them in the photo below and see how much better the carbon filter is.
